Economic Development Corporation Agendas - 2020-07-27 DeSoto Economic Development Corporation Board Meeting Packet

Brief Description - The Board of Directors of the DeSoto Economic Development Corporation (DEDC) will meet on Monday, July 27, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. This meeting will be a closed meeting to the public. A temporary suspension of the Open Meetings Act to allow for telephonic or video conference public meetings has been granted by Governor Greg Abbott. These actions are being taken to mitigated the spread of COVID-19 by avoiding meetings that bring people into a group setting and in accordance with Section 418.016 of the Texas Government Code . Videoconferencing capabilities on www.gotomeetings will be utilized to allow individuals to view the meeting on the City of DeSoto's website at desototexas.gov.
