All City buildings are closed to the public, however, staff is still working to provide service by phone and online.

As part of a coordinated effort with national, state, county and local partners to combat the spread of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), the City of DeSoto will be closing the City Hall Complex beginning Monday, March 23, 2020. It will be closed to the public until further notice but minimal staff will still be working internally to coordinate essential services and maintain offices. Key employees have been designated to work from home by telecommuting. This will allow the City to coordinate operations and carry out many duties on a remote basis.

If you have any questions or need assistance with any City issue, please call 972.230.9600 and someone will be happy to help you.
