Pet of the Week
Meet Oscar! This young man is the epitome of sweetness. His favorite things are snuggling and playing. Poor Oscar arrived at the shelter with an old injury to his paw and as a result has permanent nerve damage. It doesn't hold him back, though! He likes to romp, he loves to shake, he stands up and gives "hugs", he is an excellent snuggler, and he plays wonderfully with others! The shelter believes he is a lab mix. He has some features reminiscent of dogs in the working group, such as Great Pyrenees, St. Bernards, and Swiss Mountain dogs.

Pet adoptions are normally $75 and include vaccinations (including rabies), de-worming, heart worm test (for dogs), microchip with registration, a collar with tag, cardboard cat carrier (for cats), and an offer for a 30-day gift of free pet health insurance.

Please come see me and all my animal friends at the Tri-City Animal Shelter located at 1150 E. Pleasant Run in Cedar Hill, or call 972.291.5335 for more information.

*Please note that adoptions are on a first come basis and advertised pets may not be available when you arrive, but there are many, many more pets searching for a good home who would like to meet you!

All animals that are adopted or redeemed from the Tri-City Animal Shelter are required by city ordinance to be microchipped.
