Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

In addition to the wellness features, the Employee Assistance Program called EmployeeConnect provides a confidential source for information, referrals and counseling to employees and eligible dependents. Through the program, you have access to counselors and information that can help you resolve complex interpersonal issues as well as assist with things such as wills and financial matters. It also provides a number of face-to-face counseling sessions for each issue. Seminars and workshops are also offered on managing a variety of issues.

If counseling after your no-cost sessions is recommended, the EAP counselor can help you find extended counseling resources in conjunction with your medical coverage.  If a counselor refers you to another qualified professional, your cost for addition treatment will depend on coverage by your chosen medical plan.
