The teen volunteer program runs from June 17 - July 19, 2013. If selected as a teen volunteer, you must attend a mandatory teen volunteer orientation on June 15, 2013.

Want to earn 4 extra community service hours this summer? If so, volunteer to be on the Teen Talk Forum Panel at the 2st Annual DeSoto Public Library Teen Empowerment Summit Friday, June 07, 2013 between the hours 9:00 am to 1:30 pm. Panel participants must interview.

If I am selected as a Teen Volunteer, I will abide by all the rules of the DeSoto Public Library and the Teen Volunteer program. I will be available a minimum of five weeks. I understand that I am offering to volunteer free of charge. I also understand that if I do not abide by all the rules of the DeSoto Public Library and the Teen Volunteer Program, that I will be dismissed from the program immediately.
