Adults, do you want to learn the basics of expressing yourself through art, writing, doodling, collage, and more in 2023? Come to our Creative Journaling session on Thursday, January 26 (6:00 PM - 7:30 PM) to create a journal! This gives you the opportunity to experiment with writing, visual arts, and tools for healing. 

No prior artistic talent is required, and supplies will be provided.
