Donielle Suber

Donielle Suber is the Assistant to the City Manager.  In her capacity as Assistant to the City Manager, Donielle oversees the Junior Civic Academy, College Internship Program, DeSoto, Texas Historical Foundation Board, and Adopt-A-Street Program, amongst other special projects as assigned. Since arriving to the Dallas-Fort Worth area in 2005, Donielle has served the City of DeSoto. Having served in the Planning & Zoning Division of Development Services for a number of years, she was promoted to City Administration in 2017. Donielle received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication, with an emphasis in Public Relations, from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, and a Master of Public Administration Degree from the College of Architecture, Planning & Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Arlington.
